When you book a ride or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly, including your full name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off locations, travel date and time, and any special requests. If you pay online, our payment providers (M-Pesa/Safaricom Daraja or PesaPal) process your payment details directly — we do not store your card or M-Pesa PIN information ourselves.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Confirm and fulfil your booking, including assigning a driver and vehicle
• Contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email about your booking
• Process payments through our payment partners
• Improve our services and respond to enquiries or feedback

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited booking details with our drivers to complete your journey, and payment details with our licensed payment processors (Safaricom Daraja for M-Pesa, PesaPal for card payments) solely to process transactions. We may disclose information if required by Kenyan law.

4. Data Retention & Security

We retain booking records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes, and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

5. Your Rights

6. Cookies

Our website uses a small number of essential cookies to keep you securely signed in (for admin users) and to protect our forms from fraudulent submissions. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies unless disclosed to you separately.
