1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team, typically within 30 minutes of submission. A booking is only guaranteed once confirmed by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Fares & Payment

Fares shown for listed routes are estimates based on standard conditions and may be adjusted for waiting time, additional stops, or changes to your itinerary. Custom routes are quoted individually. We accept M-Pesa, Visa/Mastercard, and cash on arrival for pre-confirmed bookings.

3. Cancellations

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with reasonable notice will not be charged. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

4. Passenger Conduct & Safety

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or end service in cases of unsafe, abusive, or illegal conduct.

5. Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure safe and punctual travel, Diani Elite Taxi is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or road conditions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
